Categories of data

In connection with the website, we may process:

  • technical server logs, including IP address, date and time of connection, requested URL, and browser and device information;
  • cookie and analytics identifiers, but only after you have consented to analytics;
  • information voluntarily included in email correspondence sent to contact@htma.expert or info@lifelinediag.eu.

The website currently has no user accounts, does not sell anything, and does not provide any form for submitting test results or health data.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Operation, security and protection of the website — our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Responding to correspondence — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the message concerns steps requested before entering into an agreement.
  • Website analytics — your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Analytics

The website uses Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-TPNEYKMETL. Google Analytics is started only after you give consent to analytics cookies. If you do not consent, the analytics script is not loaded and no analytics events are sent. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer.

Recipients

Your data may be received by the following categories of recipients:

  • hosting and website technology providers, including Lovable;
  • IT support and security providers;
  • Google Analytics, only where analytics consent has been granted;
  • public authorities where disclosure is required by law.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer safeguards applied are those configured for the respective service, in line with its standard data processing terms.

Retention

  • Technical logs are retained only for the period necessary for security and technical operation of the website.
  • Correspondence is retained until the matter is completed and subsequently for the period necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims.
  • Analytics data is retained according to the configured Google Analytics retention period or until consent is withdrawn, where applicable.

  • rectification of inaccurate data;
  • erasure of your data;
  • restriction of processing;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • data portability, where applicable;

Automated decisions

htma.expert does not use personal data to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects concerning users.

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the website, the services we use, or applicable law change. The current version is always published on this page.
